Selfishness is the only genuine feeling

Why do we love? Is it not the expression of the selfishness." I love him or her". Here what is "I". It is an identity of you which was the result of primitive and repressive thoughts. What is primitive thought? What is repressive thought? What is their manifestation? It would be better if i can elobrate this with an instance.

An initial idea of any thought is so raw and it is to be considered as primitive.This raw thought is being overdominated by the repressive thoughts( due to the influence of secondary institutions mainly society).

Even the feeling of love, friendship or indeed any relationship has the driving force of selfishness. Some may unwelcome the idea of attaching the selfishness to love. Some even potray the state of selfishness to narcissism( broader perspective).

Afterall it is just a state of mind then why do we ignore the fact like any other feeling. Are we shunning ourself from the originality?
                                                    

Selfishness is the virtue( Inspired from AYN RAND). This word has nothing to do with other people( neither harm nor consideration of other emotions). We live in the world where every action of ours is driven by different emotions but we forge the feelings. forging the feeling is much more dangerous than any other evil idea.
                                          

What is their manifestation?
Its manifestation depends on the reality principle( Inspired from SIGMUND FREUD). FILTERING down the raw feeling is different from FORGING the end feeling. Filtering down can be a subjected reflection of society and considered to be good as we are SOCIAL ANIMALS. Forging the feeling is something like cheating oneself.

Understanding the basis of the feelings helps in promoting the reasoning ability and subsequently form the rationality.
                                            
Summarising, there is nothing bad to be selfish. Break the connotational meaning of selfish and accept its originality.
